No you are missing the point. The ASX cannot allow a company to raise money from the public if there is a chance that the reason for raising funds change. You can't raise money and 6 months later Lottoland manages to get Lotto Betting band by all States. PC have had this deal on the table for years and have still been unable to to deliver it, though they managed to raise Millions of dollars pre ACU off the back of it.

Total rubbish, what we’re seeing here currently is no more than a smear campaign from the big boys and if the ASX are holding back on ACU’s re entry over nothing more than that then they’re looking at one big law suit from ACU and it’s current share holders, you obviously have no idea what you’re talking about
