They have been working on the major shareholders of UCL. Already grabbed stock from two of them. Loosen the tightness of holdings and then go for it. They are already at 15% so only another 5% before they have to make their takeover intentions known.
UCL only have 3.5mill left in the bank (most of that from a very dilutive placement last quarter), so not alot to further exploration and development. Ripe for the picking UCL, just a matter of when in my opinion.
The result of that would be 100% ownership of Sandpiper. Very exciting if they can achieve that.
