Am I the only one of the stakeholders to care in its share price...

Am I the only one of the stakeholders to care in its share price integrity or we let this as Booker and mick ban control your Hot Copper and the caring of the share price. What confidence that the share price is not nominated at any time in the future as in a powerful agenda as they can and not on the companies performance.

We are told in the GOR 2019 annual report as:
"Gold Road believes that excellence in corporate governance, combined with a corporate culture that values integrity and ethical behaviour, reduces risks to the business and is a foundation for creating and preserving shareholder value. Accordingly, Gold Road is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance."

How is ever the Gold road share holder value to ever or when has it ever been preserved when its share price has been allowed to do as it has done? What measures of Gold road management are they doing to ensure this statement will be creditable.
