I think you may have missed the point. Unless you had PG and MIN on board, it is highly unlikely that you could remove any directors. Removing PG is the easiest option, but as you say, there is no reason to remove him. I'd hazard to say that if you had PG on board that you would have been insinuating it by now and would have called a meeting under 249N/249D.

I appreciate your passion, but don't forget that what might be surprising to you is possibly normal for others. I have planted seeds in places that I feel are appropriate - without pretending that I have any real influence on the end decision - and I hope for all parties it happens.
