Doc, I think you may have lost all credibility with that post. The board are in place to make decisions. Let the board do their job, they are clearly close, but trying not to give away everything. Owning a lot of shares doesn't dictate that someone is a good decision maker. What makes you think that a bunch of shareholders have the skills to interpret all the information and make a sound decision that has strategic forsite? What I have read on this discussion board gives me zero confidence that would occur.
