We just purchased 2 second hand parts for $2.5 m so I would think a new plant would cost more now than we originally paid plus we have an accommodation block and moving would be an advantage to purchasing a new one.
Even though it is being written down in value if moved it would be revalued.
No good put in the cart before the horse we need the gas first.
