I'll take that one step further fisho, it seems that Finch has lost sight of the fiduciary obligations required of a director of a public company because he thinks both Trafford Resources and IronClad Mining are his own private companies.

He obviously regards these proposed "performance rights" as a right of passage rather than as a reward for delivering long term returns to ALL shareholders.
