Well where is this additional funding coming from? Why is it needed? Why couldn't the deal be done in one agreement?

A good rule of thumb is do not average down unless you are dead sure of the company.

I'm not terribly convinced. Only bought a few more shares and very small amount of options today. The options trading is illiquid.
