I hear ya dolce - I am sticking with the glue but happy to play here. Serious development with end to end capability and others provided he capital so buying into it at half o quarter price. Might still flop but also a tiny hance that the Chinese who were knocked back yeas ago trying to take 51.6% might go for a littler 19.9% holding. If not I am happy to see what happens into 2014 on RE prices.
