It is a proposed sale, a sale wont necessarily eventuate. If the offer is good they will sell and invest the proceeds where they see a better future. Lots of assets out there going cheap. Its certainly livened things up around here. I was of the opinion they were looking to sell out after the case and judgement probably to Heathgate. This announcement possibly confirms this plan, they may do a deal in the next few weeks or months but early next year seems more probable in my opinion.

Its a developed mine, high yielding insitu leach in a relatively safe area. Must be worth more than $6/lb with the outlook for uranium as it is.
