Let me get this straight MEU are offering $2,600,000 for Jumbuck. SYS are offering $2,250,000 and threatening us with a termination fee of $250,000 if we vote against their offer. Do they not realise that if we took the MEU offer and paid the termination fee we would still be better off with the MEU deal. By $100,000.
I dont like our board selling our best asset to an associated entity.
I dont like that associated entity threatening us let alone with a wet rag.
I would rather that the company be put into receivership than reward a company who were quite happy to pick Jumbuck up for $1,000,000.
They should give us $250,000 for what they attempted. We spend $20 mill developing an asset which we think has a book value of $4 mill and some zombie company (associated entity) waltzes away with it. For $1,000,000
