I have also called the company's office to express my displeasure at the behaviour of the TYX management. Now that Syngas has been delisted the transaction looks even worse and does need to be investigate particularly with the conflict of interest with Bruno Seneque
With 2 other stronger offers on the table why are they working so hard to dispose of an asset worth considerable more than Syngas were paying
