I would also point out MSB is decreasing its SP out of sync with the NYSX biotech index.
MSB has had some very strong % declines in recent weeks that is in excess by a fair margin of what the biotech index has fallen by in the USA.
Last night for example the biotech index fell 0.04% or basically a nothing move. Today MSB dumps 1.6% and counting.
Yesterday it was 4.4% dump.
In short its dipping stock price is no longer having any relationship with the major indexes.
It is from a purely price based perspective not far off being an absolute 100% sell. Below 4.50 I would say is where it stops being a question of "whats up" and starts being a fact of "your capital is disappearing daily"
