I am involved in the mining industry, I am a director of a company registered in eastern Europe. Nothing to do with Bdi. Not on any stock exchange, we have one project and such. Trying to get of the ground.

I was reading bdi Ann. About foothold in Mongolia. What I know is that if you strike a deal and you don't take cash upfront you make a deal where by you get issued shares in the company you are vending the projects into.

I'd like to bring your attention to tha Bdi Ann where it says Bdi will issue so much shares at the start then another 25m shares at 50m t jorc coal then another 30m shares at 100mt jorc coal then 35m shares at 250mt jorc coal.

I would not be making a deal like that unless I knew that there was over 250 million tons. If I didn't know I would ask for more cash upfront and less shares.
