The majority of shareholders would not be able to attend the meeting in person and therefore have to either post their votes or proxy in. The votes must be received by 10am on the 25th November so you would think that any news on prototype etc would need to be out at least a few days earlier than this to allow members to post votes in well on time. Maybe around the 17th November then?
