Absolute mismanagement by Wayne Paterson and the happy go lucky board members that didn't replace him when he demonstrated his inabilities ages ago coupled with apparent lying to shareholders and market manipulation by Ratty (which totally undermined the last capital raise by pushing market prices below the raising price before application deadlines) is the reason a class action will be imminent.
I have invested in literally hundres of listed companies and a few have failed but never have I seen such absolute incompetence. It's almost like they're wanting a class action to succeed against them.
We'll wait to see the outcome of this new CR. Like I said before, if it's at 30c then they can be forgiven for now. But they've really cornered themselves this time and it'll be hard to get out of this. The only way I can see this working is if the Ratty one becomes the potential investor, effectively (and perhaps literally) buying himself a ticket out of jail for his actions a few months ago.
But this announcement regarding the finalisation of negotiations would imply that the muppets have been bent over a barrel whilst Zed is waking up the gimp. Unfortutely it's the shareholders that will taking it.
