In regards to the IF, some may sell as there are better opportunities in other stocks or they will hold (according ones financial situation and investment strategy) continue to put pressure on the BOD to better perform in the best interest of the shareholders etc etc, otherwise they will face the same challenge in the next coming AGM/EGM.
Happy to give reasonable huge amount of shares to appointed new BOD members if the milestone/performance in return is a huge one as well.
