Good evening Boy1' thank you for your reply it was very informative in regards to performance options being granted to ML and JM for time spent on BGS IF they are appointed. A lot has troubled me in regards to both
ML & JM are you speaking for them or beside them in this ? From what I read it is all heresay, they will do this & they will do that with not much of a boo to a goose from either one... is there another boys club on the way?
Every decision made or to be made whether current BOD or new BOD will have to go through SH's to sell the company or to mine or to JV, that's the same in every company.
You say ML has many contacts but what is JM going to bring to the table?
