Hi Jamuze who ever ppl vote to the board it will be the SH's that have the power always has and always will be. BGS is a very good stock and long term everyone will see the benefit either with current board or new board or new board after that.... we and I say the royal WE are all in it for the $$$$$$$$$. I just don't want to see BGS going through this every few months when SH's get restless whose to say in a few months time another 249d is issued with the new board, this doesn't look good and the negativity on HC does not help the SP what so ever
