    not sure who is there to take the call.

    Stephen Mitchell is in Canada at the moment, and I am told that Anthony Bishop is on a month's leave!

    I have not verified that point about Bishop, but I find it unbelievable if it is true, given that they are undertaking a major restructure of their assets and company.
