    Hi Nor,
Our current situation with two different lots of shares can be quite confusing to say the least.

Hi Nor, have always enjoyed the spirit of your Posts.

ARL has been terribly remiss in offering any information about any part of the situation that
arose, when Wellington Capital originally sold off part of the PIF holdings, by forming a company
that paid us with shares (SCRIP) in that company, namely ARL!

This left the PIF with it's units administered by Armstrong Registry, and all the ARL shares that we
received, Administered in-house by ARL, without the aid of any form of Registry Company.

ARL now wish to have the shares we own administered by a professional share registry, in this
case, LINK, based on the prospect that their hourly charge rate will be considerably lower, than what
they could do it for. The registry is used in limited form, that is, No Direct Online Access, to further
    reduce handling costs.

If your details have not changed since giving them to Armstrong, there is no need to fill out and return
the forms you have received from Link Registry.

I wish you good speed on your Trekking, and hope that this has been helpful.

    Regards.
