A Beak will decide within a cupla weeks whether Solamind will have a valid agreement with OP. Good authority says OP no hope. It then looks like ANZ will have to cope with that news. They will do the usual bluster but one would imagine in order to save face that then a deal will be struck twixt Solamind and the ANZ as ANZ would be deifinately behind the eight ball. Rumour also has it that there are the necessary chops in place to assist Solamind in the repayment of the outstandings and so as with every good adventure movie we can look forward to a happy ending I would say within 4 to 6 weeks max. At that stage the rocket ship will be leaving. We will never see such a buying opportunity again and will be saying "if only" for a long time to come.
Too much at stake for this one to go down and the directors are to be commended for their dignified and covert handling of the sorry mess so far. Vagif overseas and will be back for the fireworks I would think. No show without Punch. Then all the seriously good stuff to announce. Without ramping too much I can see the SP heading to $2.20 or so by end July.
