plem1 i dont know how they will go about it but it could any of the ways you mentioned
columbia obviously with the resource PLV is building you dont believe other companies would be looking at PLV because of *access to ore (no railway, port problems) *quality of ore *native title done *i suppose cliffs wouldnt be interested(not much)
i would like them to go on and mine but i am also thinking what else might happen
