If you are new to shares I wouldn't be trying to get into an IPO
for a Chinese dairy.
Open a trading account for a couple of grand .
Do a few trades and see how you go.
With confidence you could invest a bit more later.
You can always watch it after it lists and buy few then
if it looks ok.
