Just one other thought

For those of you who did not live through the 2007 crash, a lot of micro's got particularly hammered as margin calls started to roll in. People dumped the speculations first.

This market is looking very shaky in general at the moment and I was reading not so long ago that margin lending had become somewhat popular again. It is possible that explains today's sell.

Something in the back of my mind regards a crashing market is a stock like SOC might be a big beneficiary.

But of course .... it all depends on finding some good grades and tonnes of gold. But, if the markets continue to fall, gold in general will benefit and the recent history of low gold prices has meant the majors have cut back hard on exploration. If SOC delivers on its promise in that scenario it will shine like a beacon in the gloom. [Major World class gold discovery confirmed just when everybody is scrambling for safety .... you beauty!]
