That's because CDU run on funny timelines - always have. For example, if DSO is to be shipped in two months, but seven months later nothing has been shipped and no explanations have been forthcoming, maybe CDU still think they are within the two month timeline? In which case, blaming a Govt that has only been in power for 2 years for a fifteen year delay would make perfect sense!
