Depends who the trade player is and wether they are serious and have the cash. I don't think an offer under $5 would even be looked at as give it 6-9 months and the SP will probably be about $4.50
Opportunistic inquiry (don't think it is a rumour) given where the dollar is and unlikely to go anywhere unless it is a full priced bid.
