The way that WNH has been sold its shares has been cause for some constination over the last few months with the director sales.

Will be interesting to see what they do next. I am not sure if WNH can sit in the market acquiring shares at market prices below their announced offer? I would be astounded if they could, so it means another big buyer is in the wings, at least for an arbitrage play.
