in the understandings i have i had no idea AUT were owning any drill crews or frac crews, its contrary to their website proclaiming that hilcorp were operator, i thought AUT was just a farmin partner in the region?? the use of cluster frac programs is not uncommon with the hilcop operations, if you concede that hilcorp is the operator and that AUT is merely a farm in to the sugarkane acreages, then your obviously aware they have to adopt the high expense of leaving many wells unfracced for many months, in the absence of readily available frac crews, they are also experimenting on different frac designs and have been adopting the practice of heavily choking back wells and if i understand it correctly, partially fracing wells on some of the rock over there... hilcorp is impressive in their desire to expand into the EFS, forming many strategic partnerships and adopting many experimental wells testing all forms of completions.. AUT is a very impressive EFS farm in investment. and has been thus far exceptional in timing all its capital raising requirements to meet up with the farm in agreements it has with hilcorp as operator..

I am very impressed with Texon as operator here, from their website
"The Company has a proven track record of success with a large oil portfolio relative to its size.
It retains a high and material equity position in a majority of its projects enabling operational control, timing of capital allocation as well as benefiting from any upside with success."
texon have all the time in the world to secure their acreages and deliver full value to their shareholders.
as i said, great buying going on in these thin trading days
