The great short debate. Love it.

SHort selling only works if it unlocks more supply really does it not?

So if you sell short a million shares you have to unlock enough supply at say 90c using SS example in order to buy back on market and maximise th eopportunity.

SO you would sell short at a dollar to 90c for an average of 95c however want enough supply that you can buy your million shares back for say 92c ave and therefore make a couple of shekkels for your trouble.

Actually as short sellers pay interest and other fees for all the shares they borrow they may need more than that to break even on the deal.

The market gives no one a free ride, even the short seller.

So if they cant create panick selling, increase supply or if there is just and accumulator taking all they are selling and not letting it go down below support then its game over.

Thats my 10c worth for what its worth.

Not much volume here so maybe they have scared all the shares out of the market they can and the rest are too damn stupid, stubbord or downright crazy (I think I fit all categories here) to sell out and give them the supply they need to make their strategy work.
