And why doesn't anyone care about what the delay was all about? Clearly a large component was validating the cut-offs, as well as waiting for them to sample it adequately. Clearly only SiO2 < 5%, Al2O3 > 20% is going to get past the gate from now on. And clearly they have found bugger all bauxite of that quality so far at any reasonable thickness (which by the way should also a the component of the cut-offs).
IMO, there is zero chance of this being mined. It is a big footprint for bugger-all ordinary dirt in a location with red and green tape nightmares.
