IMO The person to blame is our 'part-time' CEO who is clearly not doing his job and keeping us, the owners of the company, up to date!
The Directors, Robert Hartley Downey, Sam Michael Wright and Matthew O'Kane have no skin in the game and IMO are taking their fees and having a laugh!
IMO Its looking like we, as shareholders, may need to escalate our rights and clear them out!
