Let the poaching begins!

In the past 24 hours, TPG has started advertising for Expressions of Interest for its LTE network rollout on seek.com.au.

Your Mobile/LTE project management capability is second to none; you excel in all things Mobile, LTE, Wireless Network, 4G and Site Acquisition and Environmental Design (SAED)! You are a team player, willing to go that extra mile to exceed customer expectations and strive to be the best of the best!
You may be a SAED Manager, LTE Mobile Surveyor, LTE Field Supervisor, Wireless Telecommunication Technician, Site Controller, LTE Project Manager and/or LTE Project Director; WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

The only people with this kind of experience in this country are past and current employees of Telstra, Optus & Vodafone. No doubt TPG will try their best to poach as many good employees as possible from the competitors.

With the spectrum license commencing on 1 April 2018, TPG is certainly not wasting any time in getting ready.

I'm looking forward to hearing more about the progress of the rollout in both Singapore and Australia when the final report is released in August.
