Let the poaching begins!, page-2

Following from the above post, I have just found out today that TPG has just created a new page on its website for property owners to submit their expressions of interest to host TPG's equipments.

The statement that interests me most is this:

We will be installing the most current technology and we anticipate that our space requirements will be substantially smaller than the space that other carriers have typically required.

Hopefully smaller size means that TPG will incur cheaper upfront capital costs and lower running costs and hence having temporary competitive advantage over the incumbents.

Those Hotcopper readers who happen to have a few office towers or apartments in their portfolio and are interested in earning extra rental income, please don't hesitate to fill in the form on the page. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them.
