You thought IVA acted in the best interests of all shareholders? We still did ok with them on the board despite the fact they made us pay out extra cash, created uncertainty and then dumped us on the cheap.
EXS will come out shortly with a statement rejecting the offer and justifying why we are valued at 30c based on our cash, royalty and mt Colin alone. That should spark some further buying interest.
