Everyone seems confident the announcement will be to confirm the transaction is complete. It’s more likely the announcement will be it’s fallen through. If you have $13m to purchase why would you have to wait 45 days.
Do we expect it to pump past 5c? On what grounds, if it’s already been announced isn’t it factored into the SP already.
