I don't speak for others but I am certainly not confident that it will be completed. More of a neutral stance. It's 50/50 tbh, if it falls through, SP will fall off the cliff. But on the upside, god know where it will go! Market makers will decide what will happen either which way.. IMO all Sophos who have invested 6m in CR recently would have to be super naive to gamble/piss away without some confidence or some kind of surety.
