So champ the deal was to buy 13% but old Dato said no he wanted to buy OVT back out of IDSB. So these extremely smart consultants in OVT had an option to buy 13% more and if the old dude cannot buy us which seems to be evident of no coin. OVT will be doing another cap raise to buy in at $4mill ??? More dilution coming and further south it will go. Look at previous well run companies.
