the announcement was just that rig commissioning had finished. The spud announcement will be next week. That will build the SP and then over the weeks that follow we'll see a steady increase leading into update announcements regarding the stages of the drilling.
Its looking good and TSV is nice and green on another horrible day. Can't ask for more than that in the short term really can you?
