....basic reading/research is suggesting by Qtr1 09 we will be back on track again. The current volitile movements are swings that are cancelling each other out every few days.... things are stabilizing.....near or AT the bottom....IMO
By the end of the year (4 months now) - we will be well and truely stabilized and looking positive....
