Found it, 752,526,519 shares on issue, so if 4.4 as best buyer is hit the market cap is 33,088,000$, giving an EV of a tad over 1 million$, as i said you would be hard pressed to find a dog on the ASX with less EV, all i can think of is the market believes the company is well cashed up yes but will burn cash for little progress, management is failing us..
