I am not selling this at cash backing, but for a company with 32 million in cash selling at cash backing, and it did at 4.3 tells me the market has zero interest atm, market had cash to acquire prospects likely to provide capitol gains for shareholders , seeing as KRM was 6 cents 5 years ago around this date you would be easy pleased to believe they are having much success.
