The EV value may be lower, but there's a hell of a lot of cash on the books, and the exploration upside is genuinely phenomenal.
Downside? Cash is always eventually spent, so the market will always price it in at some point, and permitting in Finland won't happen overnight... With both of those downsides we have the backing of a major miner, and cashburn is to be expected with juniors.
