May be your right. But there is usually a flight to perceived safer stocks when global markets are hit. You can't compare massive multi-nationals like bhp and rio to Lynas.
As for JP Morgan, I would never trust any evaluation that comes from a big wall street investment bank. They are evil and i'm not joking.
