Yes it does the things you say. But this is an exploration company and funding is critical to its success. Doesnt matter what you have in the ground if you dont have the funds to progress the exploration etc. A sucessful capital raising can see this stock take off for that very reason. This is what I expected them to do as it was not clear whether theirexisting funding was sufficient to last until the options become convertible.
