This company must act like a winner and not scrounge for funds from the equivalent of loan sharks.A targetted placement would be the shot. 20mill shares @ 12c to a strategic buyer would raise $2.4m and the strategic ivestor gets the benefit of knowing FDL can fund exploration, whereas buying the same number of shares on market does nothing for company funding.
