I've just sent an e-mail to the CEO (Paul Tan) to clarify that this is the final 'green light'.
Just the wording of the announcement makes me think it's not final...'Company has accepted a preliminary decision from the New Zealand Minister of Health'.
Anyway, like you I hope this is the final tick of approval, will let you know what Paul comes back with.
Really need to crack through that $0.22 barrier to get things moving...volume in the US has still been strong so we've moving in the right direction, just slowly as is the norm with this stock.
