Quick answer, I believe that SP have a number of indices, they are in fact different indices with the one tomorrow not as important as the one we were removed from in March. 200 All Australian refers to only Australian? while ASX 200 would include some stocks not Australian based?
Doubt it is as bad as coming out of ASX 200 as a few stocks will do.
