    2 interesting comparisons :
    - Kering, which tried to copy LVMH, by creating another luxury group by acquisition,
    - Hermes. Just 1 group, but focused on the most interesting part of the luxury market (leather, regular growth and high margin).
    LVMH tried to acquire them (bought around 20 % if I remember well) but never succeeded as the family would not sell.

    Look at the 5 year performance of the 3 stocks.
    It tells quite a lot about the luxury sector :
    - very difficult to copy LVMH and create another luxury group by acquisition,
    - organic growth remains high on the most successful part of the luxury market.
