I've been involved in a few mergers in the past (both working within merged entities and assisting other companies carrying out acquisitions) and I have no doubt that FLC is hitting it out of the park.

In fact, the speed with which they have assimilated the various arms of the business is quite breathtaking.

They need some time to get the contracts bedded down, keep in mind that a lot of the MoUs were signed as Emefcy - bringing a global player like RWL to the table could make some municipalities & corporates question the intent behind the corporate structure of FLC etc. At the very least a lot of the contracts would need to be renegotiated for the sake of good administrative order.
